Lake County 4-H Shooting Sports promotes and teaches shooting sports safety and sportsmanship through the following disciplines:
Archery, BB Gun, Air Rifle, Air Pistol, .22 Rifle, .22 Pistol, Shotgun, Muzzleloader
Aces Youth Shooting Sports Aces teaches and encourages the safe handling and proper care of firearms; organizes shooting sports competitive opportunities for its youth membership; promotes education of and encouragement for organized shooting sports activities; promotes marksmanship and competitive shooting; encourages good citizenship, good sportsmanship, honesty, self-discipline, team play, and community service. Youth gain self-discipline, focus, and confidence through individual and/or team competitive opportunities.
